I’ve been using the regular bulb nose syringe for my 13-mon old daughter. We have three of these at home, given by the hospital and the PD, and another one from Little Nose. Although my daughter is okay with these nose syringes, I think these syringes are not very effective. Many times, after using the syringe, my daughter still have stuffy nose.

Then a friend of mine recommended this product. I got this yesterday and tried it on my daughter today (she is having a cold). It cleaned my daughter’s stuffy nose right away, and the tip of the suction doesn’t go into her little nose. The suction strength is controlled by me. Well, it appears kind of nasty, I had to suck on the other end of the tube. But the design of the product is very good, you won’t suck in the mucus to your mouth. It will go into the small bottle, and you can that happen. Once you are done, wash the whole kit with water. That’s all, and the result is great since my daughter’s nose is clear right away.

It looks a little expensive at first, but think about babies get sick 5-10 times a year, and it is something you will use it quite often. My daughter had one ear infection when she was 11 months because the mucus didn’t get clean out as it should even with using the regular nose syringe couple times a day. Just to avoid the ear infection and reduce the need to go to PD office already make my money worth.

We love this car seat. Our baby was 4.5 lbs when she left the hospital and this seat worked perfectly. We passed the heart rate and breathing tests with flying colors. We later added a JJ Cole infant support system, but took it out when she reached 8 lbs. She is 4 months now and loves to sleep in this. My friends say it’s because the fabric on this particular model is soft and breathable. Enjoy this if you can find it!

I purchased this car seat to save on space for an upcoming additional baby seat we will be adding after the birth of our second child and for the multi use of car seat/booster option. My 3 year old fits in it nicely and it does save on space and seems comfortable and stay’s cool in FL for her. The only draw back I find is that it keep her sitting too upright for comfy napping. She has napped in the seat but her head falls more forward than to the side and back becuase of the seat position. If you used it rearfacing for an infant I dont think you would have an issue. Since this is an alternate seat for us we have not used it for long travel. If you did I would recommend putting something like a towel to lift the front slightly and give more of a recline position. overall we do really like this seat and the removable cup holder is great.

after weeks of research, i decided not to spend a fortune on a carseat and ordered this one. the order came within 2-3 days. this has more padding than the more expensive ones (the cheap ones hardly even have any padding!). only has 2 positions but oh well… my granddaughter’s head does droop down somewhat when she falls asleep but most rear-facing carseats do that. it’s a little difficult to get the seat belt thru or adjust the harness while in the rear-facing position but i think it’ll get easier once the baby’s facing forward. it really is narrower than most carseats leaving more room in the back. and it’s also lighter than most standard carseats.

Our infant is in the 97% size range so we were forced to buy a convertable to accomodate her. After reading reviews we opted for the Safety First, believing it would fit our ‘02 Mitsubishi Gallant. No, It doesn’t. In rear-facing mode, the only way that it fits is directly behind the passenger seat, move the seat all the way forward and tilted staight up. Same in our ‘98 Corolla. This made travelling as a family impossible. Problem was we had the same issue with two other convertibles that we tested in the Mits so we kept the car seat and sold the car. Our daughter loves the seat. We ditched the infant head rest immediately and stowed the cupholder. Be careful of chubby thighs! I have pinched her once clipping into the between leg buckle in the winter. My only issue with this is that there is no doing it quickly. If it’s raining, I get wet, windy, we get new hairdos. All-in-all, though, my daughter has enjoyed the seat for the last 1.5 months.

Let me start off by saying I LOVE this car seat! I have always trusted safety 1st above other brands, but this is by far the best car seat I could think of having. The fact that it is convertible is very convenient. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the fact that you have to put the seat belt under the padding. At least that’s how we did it so it wouldn’t be uncomfortable for my son. but it’s wonderful!

I purchased this product based on alot of research into recalls and the like, this brand seemed to have few and far between and the price i got it for could not be beat. It is by no means horrible, but it is not the easiest to use. It fits poorly in our car, I had to use it front facing becasue rear facing it would not level, even with one of those foam carseat levelers and basically you could tip it over without even trying. The QUICK PULL stap is about useless. I use all my bodyweight when pulling this and sometime it still won’t work right, it takes along time to get the straps the way you want them. It is narrower then most seats we looked at which gives us extra room in our car, and it is a safe seat when you can get it installed correctly. I would not really recommend this for ease of use thats for sure, but for the safety of it and price it can’t be beat. I guess you need to choose which is more important. I choose saftey.

We wanted to a buy a nice and easy use travel system. We liked this one. It came almost completely assembled. My husband was able to complete the assembly with no problems and in no time. I have found it very easy to use so far. The only problem is, it is little bulky and heavy. But we still like it. It is easy to manuever around and looks sturdy. We are enjoying it so far. Would recommend it strongly.

It’s a perfect set of a stroller and an infant car seat for my daughter.
My daughter is 4 month old only. But she is taller than other 7-8 month old babies. And our first infant car seat had a limit of 26 in. for height. When she passed out a little over 3 month, the first car seat was already small for her. So I had to find another one w/ bigger size.
Usually the infant car seats w/ 32 in. height limit are not pretty and it’s hard to find a set w/ a stroller.
But this one has 32 in. height limit and is a set w/ a stroller.
And it offers 3 pretty different colors for us to be able to make a choice.
I bought a new one. And its condition was excellent!
I recomment this to others.

This system is great! We’ve used them separately for the most part, but the carseat does fit great in the stroller.
The stroller works well in all the places we’ve had it out. It’s on the large/heavey end, but we needed a heavy duty stroller! It does fit in our trunk, but I’d try it or measure before purchasing. Our car has a large trunk.
The carseat is easy to figure out. We purchased a second base to use in our other vehicle, for simplicity. Our daughter must like it too, ’cause she hardly ever fusses once we’re on the road.
Keep the instruction book handy (there’s a place to keep it on the back of the car seat) for when you have to take it apart to wash the cover or adjust the straps.
Only one thing bad, is the black fabric has faded a bit, either from the sun or the wash.

My kids are having their first baby and needed a stoller. They had told me what they kind of wanted, Being that I run a home business and can’t go shopping I turned to the computor and went on line. I was amazed at the choices and all different kinds, but when I came across Graco travel systems I was impressed. Not only with the price but my daughter-in-law is a nurse and the talk at the hospital is Graco’s are best with saftey and structure. Since I live 30 miles from a store having it shipped for free was hands down the winner! I love shopping Amazon.com and have been impressed with their service and speedy delivery. And oh yes! my kids are very excited and have shown it off and can’t believe they got such a nice one. Thanks

I bought this after our second baby was born. Our infant carseat cushion seemed lacking. The Snuzzler is soft and a nice cushion. Baby just snuzzles down into it. A bonus is that it is easy to remove to wash (air dry).

Our daughter was a bit smaller then we expected at birth. Resulting in the car seat, which also served as a baby carrier, being too big for her. The Snuzzler was a life saver. We Love these! I bought these because my baby’s infant seat had them and when we moved to her convertible rear facing seat her neck was being rubbed without these strap covers. I was totally surprise when I received them because they are bigger than i thought they would be…BUT my baby LOVES them. They are VERY VERY soft and cushiony. They help her neck from hurting so bad if/when she falls asleep in the car. As for the “carseat tech” that said NOT to buy them…..well, all I can say is THEY ARE CLOTH - there is nothing about them that would keep a carseat from performing they way it should…I’m afraid if I did have a wreck without them that my baby neck would be cut by the carseat straps so the straps rub their necks so badly. =) I sold carseats in a specialty store for years and ALOT of carseat manufacturers include these with your seat! I think you will love them…Audrey does!

I think I got these through amazon, so they were cheaper. Kind of bulky for a smaller baby (mines 2 months 2 weeks). I’m sure they’ll fit better when she’s older, but I don’t recommend them for younger infants.

I got these for my 6 month old since she falls asleep in her carseat all the time, and her head often slumps in odd angles- or when she gets out of the seat, i see the red and raw marks left from the straps of the carseat.
These are REALLY soft, plush, adjustable for most any width seatbelt strap. They are nice and thick and I wish I got them when she was a little younger since they are so thick, they kind of help keep her head up as well! I liked them so much I got a matching pair of the piggy version for my 2.5 year old daughter since she also falls asleep in her seat on long trips and these seem much less cumbersome than those carseat pillows. They are very great and perfect and soft and easy to wash!!! I bought 4 pairs for both sets of car seats!

These strap covers were very soft and cute. My 11 month old daughter however, can’t stand having them on the carseat straps. She wants to play with them so she gets very mad when she can’t pull them off the straps. Maybe when she’s older I’ll be able to use them? Right now she just likes them for a toy.

[Almost an] Identical review as for their infant car seat: There’s no doubt that this is THE Cadillac of stollers designed for use with infant car seats (yes, it works with car seats from “others,” as well as their own). I gave this as a gift too and, of course, the manufacturer of this little beauty made me a super hero (again). You can’t go wrong with this product!!!

This is my fourth stroller in 4 years. It is very simple to assemble. My 4yr old loves the sit and stand platform. It would be even better if there were a way to use both seats and the platform. I have two complaints, one is that if you don’t catch the front while folding the stroller it crashes to the ground and will easily get marked; my seond is that it doesn’t stand up when folded. The parent tray is great, it’s nice to have a place to not only put car keys but to close them in for safety. The front tray is nice, easy to completely remove or just swing open to access your child. While I can’t say I’m 100% satisfied, I would reccommend this stroller to families with 2 or more children.

I got this stroller for my 2 yr old and a newborn. It is perfect for them both and will grow with the toddler as he decides he is too big for a stroller. It is lightweight (you have to remember DOUBLE stroller), easy to steer, and has great features. One thing that makes it 4 stars and not 5 is that it says carries most major brand infant carriers. A little misleading. Other brands simply just rest on the bar and you have to use a strap to secure it. The strap is adjustable but only one side and was extremely difficult to adjust for the carseat I had planned on using. Even strapped in, the carseat still slid around a little and made me feel uncomfortable about it. We ended up buying their carseat so it would securely “click” in. I am VERY happy with the stroller and carseat. Even considering the cost of a new carseat it is still cheaper tp have this system and grow with it than it is to purchase another stroller later.

I shopped all over the internet and read all kinds of reviews, this stroller was a great buy for me and my family. My soon to be 3 y/o loves riding in the stroller. He has good leg room, considering he is 39″ tall. He loves looking at his new (1mth old) baby brother in the reverse Graco carrier in front. Don’t buy this stroller for storage underneath, there isn’t any, that’s where my older son’s legs are. I love this stroller for the price, easy to assemble directions, versatility w/ stand option, & easy maneuvering. My 2 neighbors test drove this with my kids on board and plan to purchase this same stroller. I bought this stroller for shopping trips, nights out down the shore, and short neighborhood walks. 2 or 3 kids? No problem for the Sit N’ Stand Plus! by Christina M. Scofield
Ok, here’s the deal on double strollers. Like everyone else, we had the Duo Glider, even the one with the inflatable wheels to help when turning. Hands down, the Sit N’ Stand Plus is head and shoulders better and here’s why…
1. With this stroller, you CAN FIT 3 KIDS ON THIS STROLLER!! We have a 3.5 and 1.5 year old with a newborn coming in December ‘08. We put 3 kids in this stroller when trying it out and this is how we did it, infant in front, 1.5 year old in middle, 3.5 year old standing in the rear using the safety strap to keep him from falling backwards into whoever’s pushing the stroller. The best way to do this effectively is to do as another reviewer stated and place a bar behind the rear seat back inside the small triangular metal brackets on the handlebar portion of the stroller, this allows the rear child to sit more upright and thus have room for the older third child in the rear.
2. This stroller GLIDES way better than the DuoGlider, even without the inflatable wheels that the DuoGlider had (that always went flat).
This stroller is easy to fold, easy to handle, NOT THAT HEAVY!! If you think this stroller is heavy, then you haven’t held a child on each hip before. This stroller is not that heavy compared to any other double stroller on the market.
3. Finally, the price is fantastic, we looked all over for a double stroller at the consignment stores and department stores, this is our 4th stroller, we’ve had a side by side jogger, a Graco Single stroller, a side by side folding umbrella stroller, and a DuoGlider, thank goodness we found this stroller when we did. This is by far the best stroller out there for 2 or 3 kids, beats the Kolcraft as well. If you’re considering the Kolcraft, safe some money and buy this stroller, there are more useful options on this stroller than the Kolcraft. You can’t fit 3 kids in the Kolcraft unless one is sitting on another’s lap.
Anyway, I hope this helps, if you don’t believe me, just take your 3 kids to Target and load them into this stroller and you’ll see just what I mean.

I pride myself in being very handy and technical of a person (see my other review)

This seat is great. It’s not so big as so many say - it’s a normal size for it’s type of convertible seat. It’s comfy for our girl (she’s been using it since she was 12 months old - she’s now 18 months old) who happens to be very long and lean.

My only problem, and it’s a big one for me, is it is nearly impossible to clean. After reading the instructions on how to remove the cover so you can wash it, I decided it’s best to forget about them as they are, apparently, written by a 3rd grader who’s never used the seat before.

So it looks straight forward enough to undo elastic straps, push the buckle through the seat bottom, undo the harness and slip that through the back rest, etc… even after a chuckle and having to use a screwdriver to pry webbing caps off the seat (per instruction manual)the cover simply will not come off. And during this whole escapade, of course the shoulder harness straps got twisted beyond belief (as written by several other reviewers). After 20 or so minutes of untwisting them and getting them positioning properly, I went back to taking the seat cover off. Another 20-30 minutes of wrestling the thing I finally gave up and just hand washed it and let it air dry.

Not nearly effective enough of a washing for a car seat cover that’s getting bananas mashed into amongst other things.

Wish the engineers of the car seat would have made the removal of the cover a simple process… seriously, why does it have to be so involved? Simple = better when it comes to engineering practical products for the average consumer.

This seat would easily get a 4 star rating from me if not for the cover removal debacle… that alone drops this down to a 2. After it gets rancid enough to either purchase a new seat, it’ll drop down to a 1.

I purchased this item in May of ‘08. . my son has used it now for 2 months and he absolutely LOVES it. He doesn’t get hot and sweat in it near as much as he did in his infant carrier. I did have to put the swimming noodle thingy under the foot part while rear facing just so that when he is asleep his head doesn’t bobble forward. That was super simple to do. I highly recommend this seat.

LARGE CAR SEAT by Jill M. Przekurat
This is a very nice car seat, but beware if you have a small vehicle. I had to have this seat installed by our local car seat safety organization. It took three hours for them to install. They had to remove the base and prop it up with a swimming noodle. The fabric is easy to clean and it is very comfortable for my daughter.

The car seat is quite large, but I like how it is easier for my toddler to see out the car window. The box was really beaten up when the package arrived, but the car seat was just fine. The car seat is very comfortable for my toddler and I feel it has fit the bill.

SafeSeat Ionic - disappointment by J. Bae
We purchased this after reading reviews in the most recent Baby Bargains book by Fields. It had strong reviews. We returned it after a 2 week trial run. It was so heavy, my wife could barely lift it. It was so large that our (skinny) two year old barely had enough room for his legs behind the passenger seat of our mid-size sedan. Finally, whatever the material is - it looks cool, but made our kid sweat like crazy. We thought we would try it and save some $$$ instead of buying another Britax for the 2nd car. After we returned it, we bought another Britax after all and are very happy with our final decision. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not buy this carseat.

Perfect for long vacation drives, but man what a moose! by James Elterman
It is always hard on little kids to go on long car rides. My wife and I have a rough riding pickup truck to pull the camper. We leave in the evening and hope our little one will sleep for the long ride. Often times her head would bounce, wake her up repeatedly, and it would frustrate her terribly. This car seat solved our troubles. With it’s excellent reline feature, our little one can take a long nap even in our bouncy pickup truck. I am so thankful that we found this car seat. The only disadvantage to this car seat is that it is a MOOSE. It is absolutely huge. When we put it in the back seat of our compact car, it takes up a majority of the rear seat. If you have a compact car, or other children will be riding in the back, beware. Otherwise, this car seat is most excellent for the back seat of a pickup truck or a van. Pefect for long drives.
